This program is aimed to help students to improve their credibility and knowledge within hotel industry especially in food service. Students will be trained to skillfully prepare different types of appetizers, main courses, desserts and handling catering activities etc. By acquiring the JPK certificate, job and career development prospects can be enhanced as you will be assessed and verified as fulfilling the requirements of gainful employment in Malaysian industry.
